We're sorry to hear that the day did not entirely meet your expectations. Regarding organisation on the day, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can.
Regarding the condition of the cars you drove, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will naturally be subject to more natural wear and tear. In the event that any vehicles are not driveworthy for whatever reason, be it largely for mechanical or technical reasons, then the suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary.
Regarding the general attitude of instructors on the day, whilst we can raise this and the other issues you have also highlighted with the suppliers, we are to assume from the information we have here that you spoke to a member of staff at the venue before you left regarding this.
What the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with them before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into less than positive feedback as it has done here. Otherwise, it makes it very difficult to try and effectively resolve any issues when the event has passed.
