As regards to waiting times and delays experienced with these, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. With regards to the instructor they had whilst drive the Dodge "Dom's" Charger, the suppliers at the venue will usually require participants to follow safety procedures. The instructor, therefore, may need to assist the driver or direct their attention in certain areas, such as acceleration and braking. We welcome all reviews from our customers whether positive or not, as these help to improve our products and services. We're sorry to hear that the day did not entirely meet your expectations. Regarding organisation on the day, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. Regarding the condition of the cars you drove, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will naturally be subject to more natural wear and tear. In the event that any vehicles are not driveworthy for whatever reason, be it largely for mechanical or technical reasons, then the suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary. Regarding the general attitude of instructors on the day, whilst we can raise this and the other issues you have also highlighted with the suppliers, we are to assume from the information we have here that you spoke to a member of staff at the venue before you left regarding this. What the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with them before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into less than positive feedback as it has done here. Otherwise, it makes it very difficult to try and effectively resolve any issues when the event has passed. We are sorry to hear that the day was not entirely to your satisfaction as regards to car availability and on-track safety. Whilst the copy for this package does include a list of what cars are available to choose for this experience, these cars are subject to availability. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues. That said, we appreciate your concerns regarding the safety of team members in our supplier at the venue and their driving conduct, so we will speak with the supplier to raise and investigate the issue. As regards to the length of the track, the suppliers of this experience did move certain experiences that they also sell over to a newer circuit layout a year ago in March 2023, which we did outline clearly on our Help Desk pages and our landing pages for both Bovingdon Airfield and London Motor Circuit at the time last year. Furthermore, the number of laps received on this experience in particular you booked is outlined both in the package name and in the itinerary on our website very clearly. We are sorry if you missed any of this information when booking a voucher for this experience. However, having spoken with the supplier at the venue, they have spoken to their staff that were on site on the day you attended. They are aware that one of their staff members did accidentally pull out in front of you during your drive, which of course is less than ideal, and they have asked us to pass on their sincere apologies for this. They have said that it was simply a case of bad timing and blind spots, something we have never faced before! Luckily the car was quite a distance away so was able to stop with plenty of time, but all team members at our supplier have been informed of this to ensure this situation doesn't happen again. The supplier at the venue would also like to offer you a free media pack for a future booking with them as a gesture of goodwill.
