We welcome all reviews from our customers, whether positive or not, as these help to improve our products and services. We are sorry to hear you were not entirely satisfied with the experience. Regarding waiting times on the day, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers, particularly at Abingdon Airfield which is a very popular venue. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. Regarding the pricing of extras for this experience on the day, whilst this was a voucher gifted to yourself, these are set out by the supplier of this experience and agreed when we, the acting agency, enter into contract with them, and these are clearly laid out when purchasing the voucher on our website. Any additional extras outside of the experience purchased on our website are set and controlled by the supplier of the experience at the venue on the day. Regarding parking fees at the venue, these will be set and controlled by the venue owner which is out of the control of both ourselves and the suppliers of this experience. We value all feedback from our customers, whether positive or negative, as it helps us improve our products and services. We are sorry to hear that you experienced some inconveniences on the day of your experience. Upon looking at your voucher (Double Supercar Thrill with High-Speed Passenger Ride), the experience does advise to allow two to three hours at the venue due to the number of people taking part in driving experiences and to dress appropriately, as we understand that the venue is an operating airfield and therefore some resources like shelter are limited. Regarding the Damage Waiver, it is offered by the supplier at the venue on the day of the experience as well as on the date of purchase. This is to give customers peace of mind that, in the unlikely event that the vehicle(s) sustain any damage on the day, they will not be liable for the cost of repairs. Regarding the High-Speed Passenger Ride, any issues experienced on the day should have been brought to the supplier's attention. They are usually able to resolve such issues on the spot to prevent further complications, as has occurred in this case. In regards to the issues you have raised about the track condition, this package is first and foremost a driving experience. Unlike the own car track day events, which we also sell on our website, and which give customers the chance to take their own car or bike to a formal track day event at a dedicated motorsports venue, the driving experiences give the opportunity to drive a selection of cars at a variety of venues, some of which are motorsports venues, others of which are multipurpose venues, Wycombe Air Park being one, which is first and foremost an airfield, so the track here will obviously be used for other purposes besides having supercars driven on it. What the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. Secondly, with regards to the length of the experience and also the condition of the vehicles you drove on the day, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to and may show signs of more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues. What the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, or if there were any elements you were not entirely satisfied with, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. This package has always been sold exactly as a driving experience on our website. The reason our website is called TrackDays is because we primarily sell first and foremost own car and bike track days, where customers can take their own vehicles to drive on an open track day event at dedicated motorsports circuits, for example, Silverstone or Brands Hatch. This, you will understand, differs greatly from a Supercar Driving Experience, which is what you booked, which offers the opportunity to test drive a selection of supercars at a variety of venues, including what we refer to as multipurpose venues. As regards to the Lamborghini, the suppliers at the venue will usually have booster cushions etc available on the day if you need more adjustment for the seat.
