We are sorry to hear you were not entirely satisfied in respect of the delays you experienced. Most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. Furthermore, in the event that a vehicle is unavailable for whatever reason on the day, the suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary. Whilst we acknowledge that it was not your first choice, we do state quite clearly in our Terms and Conditions - which your attention is drawn to when making the booking - that all elements of the experience, including cars used, may be subject to availability. Good morning, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback on the Four Fast and Furious Thrill experience at Sywell Aerodrome you booked with TrackDays. We welcome all reviews from our customers, whether positive or not, as these help to improve our products and services. We are sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with the experience. Regarding the upsells of extras on the day, these are offered to all customers attending the venue by the supplier at the venue. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience sold through our website, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy. Regarding organisation and customer service on the day, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. Regarding the condition of the vehicles, it is worth nothing that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more signs of natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues. Regarding the layouts used, these are set and controlled by the supplier at the venue, and are laid out as such so that all in attendance on the day can enjoy the driving experiences safely, and to ensure the safety of staff, visitors and instructors on the day. With this experience, it is hosted at multiple venues around the UK, some of which are dedicated motorsport venues such as Blyton Park and Castle Combe, and others of which are multipurpose venues, such as Sywell Aerodrome you attended, which is first and foremost an airfield, so will differ greatly in terms of track used. Just as an addendum to what the supplier has told us, and they themselves will always make this clear on the day, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then. Otherwise, it makes it very difficult to try and effectively resolve any issues when the event has passed. We are pleased to hear that it was still enjoyable overall regardless.
