We welcome all reviews from our customers, whether positive or not, as these help to improve our products and services. With regards to the issues you have raised, in respect of certain vehicles not being available, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on this experience but on others run by the supplier at the venue, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues, which from what you have said in your review we gather they were able to sufficiently supply for you. Regarding your dissatisfaction with the venue facilities, we do outline on the landing pages for all venues that driving experiences are hosted at - Mallory Park included - a general overview of what facilities are available at the venue. However, while every effort is made to ensure that the website and gift voucher descriptions accurately reflect the events for which the voucher may be redeemed, they do not form part of a contract. The website and gift voucher event duration information is only a guide. We have passed your comments onto the supplier at the venue to give them right to reply, and will update in due course when they have responded. However, what the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into this kind of feedback as it has done here. Good morning Andrew, We are just getting in touch again regarding your original and subsequent feedback you left us on the Triple Mustang Drive experience at Mallory Park you booked through our website. Firstly, thank you for your patiencewhilst we spoke to the supplier at the venue to investigate the issues you raised regarding vehicle availability and venue facilities. Having spoken with them, they have backed up what we stated in our original reply to you, as regards to certain vehicles being unavailable, in that in the eventthat any of the pre-selected cars are not availableon the day due to breakdown or mechanical fault, or other reasons, then they will endeavour to source you suitable alternatives to drive. This may not be the exact make and model of the originally selected vehicle, and will be dependent on what is available in the supplier's fleet at the venue on the day. Your wife will havebeen made aware of this when you made the booking and spoken to our customer service team. As regards to weatherconditions and facilities at the venue, this is something that is out of the control of both ourselves, who are the agency selling the experience on behalf of the supplier, and the supplier of this experience at the venue who we work with,as neither they or ourselvesare the venue owners,so it is at the venue owners' discretion as to what facilities are available. Furthermore, from speaking to our suppliers, they have advised us that both of our directors were on site on the event day you attended, who informed the supplier's director how well the day was running. This is why, as we stated in our original reply to your review, and as you would have been informed by the supplier in your booking confirmation, thatif there were any issues you experienced on the day, then you were to raise these with the supplier before you left the venue.
