We are just getting in touch again regarding your original and subsequent feedback you left us on the Triple Mustang Drive experience at Mallory Park you booked through our website.
Firstly, thank you for your patiencewhilst we spoke to the supplier at the venue to investigate the issues you raised regarding vehicle availability and venue facilities.
Having spoken with them, they have backed up what we stated in our original reply to you, as regards to certain vehicles being unavailable, in that in the eventthat any of the pre-selected cars are not availableon the day due to breakdown or mechanical fault, or other reasons, then they will endeavour to source you suitable alternatives to drive.
This may not be the exact make and model of the originally selected vehicle, and will be dependent on what is available in the supplier's fleet at the venue on the day. Your wife will havebeen made aware of this when you made the booking and spoken to our customer service team.
As regards to weatherconditions and facilities at the venue, this is something that is out of the control of both ourselves, who are the agency selling the experience on behalf of the supplier, and the supplier of this experience at the venue who we work with,as neither they or ourselvesare the venue owners,so it is at the venue owners' discretion as to what facilities are available.
Furthermore, from speaking to our suppliers, they have advised us that both of our directors were on site on the event day you attended, who informed the supplier's director how well the day was running. This is why, as we stated in our original reply to your review, and as you would have been informed by the supplier in your booking confirmation, thatif there were any issues you experienced on the day, then you were to raise these with the supplier before you left the venue. In almost all cases, they would have been able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then.
