Furthermore, they have advised us that us you were less than understanding, and informed them that you had had enough of waiting and wanted to go home, so the damage liability you purchased on the day was refunded to you before you left the venue.
The supplier therefore, did not get the opportunity to explain to the customer that you could rebook if you wished to, as per their policy on waiting times. If the supplier had been able to explain this to you, it may have given you some options and they may have been able to find a solution for them.
We also equally advise when booking with us that, what the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into negative feedback as it has done here.
