Regarding the upsells of extras on the day, these are offered to all customers attending the venue by the supplier at the venue. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy.
This experience has always been offered as around 3 miles' driving time in each of the cars - equivalent to two laps each - but there is also a
Double Supercar Thrill version of this experience, which ups the driving time to around 6 miles (equivalent to 4 laps each) which you may find more suitable for your requirements.
With regards to your overall dissatisfaction with the day that led you to not staying for your free high speed passenger ride, what the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into less than positive feedback as it has done here. Otherwise, it makes it very difficult to try and effectively resolve any issues when the event has passed.
