Regarding the number of cars that were on the track on the day, the experience suppliers at the venue will run multiple events on the same day, including junior driving experiences. These may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. With regards to the member of staff at the venue you encountered, the supplier has said that they can only apologise if they were complaining about their accommodation. They are quite sure it would not have been directed at you, but they have said they are willing to have a word with all their staff about being more professional if they can find out from you who they were or if they could get a description of the staff member in question. If you could therefore get in touch with the supplier at the venue to confirm this that would be much appreciated. Regarding the condition of some of the cars you drove, it is worth noting that that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues. Regarding not being allowed to drive in certain gears, the suppliers at the venue will usually require participants to follow safety procedures. We would ask customers to please do as they ask for your own safety and of those around you. Regarding the upsells of extras on the day, these are offered to all customers attending the venue by the supplier at the venue. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy. Furthermore, it is not uncommon for multiple driving experiences to be run by the same supplier as your experience you booked on for at the venue or others on their books on the same day. More often than not, these will also utilise the same circuit layouts. The staff on their on-site teams will always go above and beyond to ensure that these are run as smoothly and safely as possible, but as we have previously advised, there may be schedule conflicts with other suppliers at the same venue on the day which they will reasonably do everything in their power to ensure this is accounted for.

Regarding the Damage Waiver offered on the day by the supplier at the venue, this is offered to all customers so as to give peace of mind that, in the unlikely event of the vehicle(s) sustaining any damage on the day, you would not be liable for its costs of repairs. Furthermore, the Damage Waiver is available to be purchased with the voucher in advance, and the copy for this experience on our website quite clearly states the following under 'Extras on the day': "Unless pre-paid, participants will be asked to complete an Indemnity/Damage waiver form before driving. The form may state that the participant will be liable to pay a fixed amount should they damage the vehicle whilst driving. The purchase of the waiver is optional and is in addition to the Public Liability Insurance held by all venue operators. The full details of any indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the activity operator on the day and also on the booking confirmation. Please note, our customer service team will be unable to offer advice as to whether participants should or should not take out any additional cover for damage." Any further issues that need to be raised regarding this will need to be raised with the supplier of the experience at the venue.
