It was Joanne who looked after me on my first two visits and she was absolutely superb. So helpful, courteous and fully understood my requirements and preferences. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I felt in very safe hands and feel confident that our holiday to Costa Rica will be wonderful. Thank you.
