I either pay over 200 more to rebook or cancel my ticket and pay 250? My sister also booked a flight on the same day from a different company and they paid £26 to rebook. It’s a movable ticket I purchased, why am I paying more to move it? Your rules aren’t clear enough and if u are offering movable tickets, I shouldn’t have to pay over 200 to move them.
