As per our booking system your flight operated on time however airline is giving relaxation on amendment charges regardless of the ticket coupon status i.e. you can amend the reservation for later date by paying the difference in fare (if there is any ) Whereas the refund is concern- regrettably we are unable to cater your concern as we have to follow the airline advisory We also request you to kindly contact us if you have any concern apart from the changes or refund.
