We are sorry to receive your negative feedback regarding not having received your luggage to date. Our delivery times for orders is three working days if you are based within mainland UK and seven working days for Ireland. As you placed this order late on Thursday 21/03 we could not dispatch this item until the 22/03. This means your delivery will reach you within the five to seven working days as advised on our website.
