The suitcase has been used on one trip in and out of the UK, but looks like I've had it for years. Covered in deep scratches and dents. Very disappointed and a waste of money as it wasn't cheap.

Our suitcases are heavily tested to withstand the needs of travel however it is out of our control how the airline handle the cases. For a case to be dented and have deep scratches this has been handled without care. If there is damage which effects the use of the case you can claim against the airline and we can assist you with a cover letter.
