Suitcase arrived within the time Tripp had estimated.. I would definitely recommend Tripp luggage to family & friends, I have bought this brand previously & am very satisfied with the quality.

No you did not resolve it for me at all my daughter had no case for her holidays after ordering 5 days in advance and paying for next day delivery! I asked for the item to be stopped today and a full refund - I was left holding for 40 minutes on the telephone and no one was helpful - shocking service
