Thank you for your feedback. After looking at the details we can see we asked you on the 13th August to return the item for a refund as it was not the correct one for your product and to reorder the correct part. It can take up to 7 working days to process a return once we've received it back. As we advised you to return and reorder the correct part no since correspondence has taken place. Although we have now had this item back and a refund was processed today. Kind regards, Leon.

Does what it says on the tin. Easy to fit, but could do with a spare washer for the outlet pipe you have to remove in order to replace the valve.
