Send the part when you say you have. Take less than 1 hour to answer the phone. Took over a week to receive our part after being told 3 different delivery days.

Thank you for your feedback. It would appear we had an issue with despatching last week which caused some orders to not go out correctly. This is what has caused the delays causing us to eventually have to resend it, due to this delay we have also refunded your delivery but we apologise for any inconveniences caused in this situation. They delivered the parts I needed really quickly and correctly. Sadly I’ve had a shower fitted for a year and a half and the metal bar that holds the head etc went rusty so we had to replace it:
