The help team where quick to respond to my problem and told me what I needed but let themselves down when I wanted to pay for the new shower. I had to email several times before it was resolved.

Thank you for your feedback. If you do get any issues with the product we cover it under warranty in the form of an engineers visit on 02476 372222 where we go to the property to fix the issue. The problem described can be due to unaligned dials, this happens if the dial and spindles behind are not synced up during installation, as we haven't been out to site this is hard to comment on but if you do get any further issues please let us know.
