I ordered at 6am on Thursday web said next day delivery didn't receive goods until Monday lunch time!!

It still hasn't arrived! Was told next day if before 1pm. It wasn't so assumed I would get it the day after that.

Our next day delivery service has a success rate of over 99% but unfortunately there will be occasions where this is not the case due to things out of our control.
