and if they didn't then we will follow that up for you. We were the in between people and carried out what was required and two players did have trials at the club the following day. As with all requests from clubs, sometimes they request details for their records to track players, other times they invite them in for trials - how long that takes is completely out of our hands - sometimes it is within 24 hours, other times it can 6 months. we do our best to be 100% transparent about this on the website - if you click MORE INFO on any of the events you can see exactly how long each stage is. Our UEFA Pro Licence Coaches who consult for us feel that 2-3 hours is more than enough time for a player to impress in a game and training environment. At your trial there were 7 club scouts from Premier League to semi pro so we apologise that if in your opinion that was not enough to assist the coaches with decisions to select players. Look forward to seeing you in the future at another trial and happy to speak on the phone to discuss any part of the trial further if you wish?

Thanks for the feedback. Remember - we WANT to select players here! In the match sorry if you felt they were not paying attention - the coaches sometimes are discussing players and the scouts are watching the game remember - there were 6 at your trial again - all looking for players to improve their clubs squads. We use the FA recommended levels of coach to player ratios. Regarding the organisation of the game - the coaches put the teams together but... YOU as the players are expected to put the team tactics together! Selected players show leadership, show they don't need to be hand held - that is all part of giving you guys the chance to show what you've got as a player, personality and leader.
