I can assure you that none of our goods leave us in this condition, nor packaged in the way which you have described. From reading your comments above, it seems to us that a third part courier has damaged the packaging in transit, hence the reason for the DPD re-package.
We have looked in both of our email boxes here and we have not received anything from yourself nor anyone regarding this order reference?
