Hi Dimitar, We are sorry to hear this! From looking at this order you did also order some UK manufactured to order items, these do have a 3-4 day lead time on them, which you are advised of at the time of you adding them to your cart. Looking back through our 'sales@ukliftingstore.co.uk' email, we cannot see any emails in our inbox from yourself. When our couriers attempted delivery we were advised you had refused the delivery, but we did not have a contact number for yourself as it was not provided at point of checkout. An email was sent stating delivery had been attempted on more than one occasion. We do assure your applicable refund has been processed but can sometimes take up to 5-7 working days to appear in your account. Good Morning Martin! We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our policy on stocked items is for orders to be despatched for next day delivery where orders were placed before 1pm, in which we did fulfil. Upon looking at our courier service, they did not complete the next day delivery to which we was not notified of by them. We take these issues with our couriers seriously, therefore a full refund has been issued to yourself for your carriage charges and we are dealing with the matter. There is a 5-7 working days lead time on the harness which you purchased, this information can be found in the product page above 'Add to Cart'. For the incorrect harness, this was offered as an alternative to which you agreed as can been on the notes on our system through conversations with colleagues. I can also see you were requested for images or the serial number of the incorrect items sent out to which could be sent back to our supplier to advise and assist in getting you a more suitable item sent out to you ASAP, but nothing was ever received? Without these we cannot identify which items you received instead.
