Good afternoon Sylvia, thankyou for your feedback, just to let you know that the postage did not cost us £2.95.The decision was made to send via royal mail costing £10 instead of the next day service on DPD which would of cost us more mean as you are based in the Isle of Wight. Thankyou for your reply I wish I had taken a photo of the envelope with postal information which said that the item cost £2.95 for a 2nd class delivery by Royal mail You have assumed a better service costing £10 which I paid for So we both have fallen foul to a Royal mail service ! Hey Ho !
