Hello Joe, We have looked into this and we can see that it was despatched the next working day as you had missed the 1pm cut off for next day delivery. We can see that DPD had delays in your area, which unfortunately sometimes is out of our control. I can see that it was upgraded to a pre 10.30am delivery free of charge.
