Unfortunately, we are unable sending an email confirmation of when a return is received back to the warehouse, however this can always be tracked accordingly with the same return tracking number stated on the proof of receipt. Looking into this, we can see that your refund has been issued on the 19th of September, back to the original payment method used on the website.
