I'm sorry to hear that the fit of the items wasn't quite right for your wife this time and for the disappointment caused by this. You are of course welcome to return any items in their original condition with tags on for a refund if not suitable as per our 90 day returns policy. We understand that bra fitting can be tricky and can take some trial and error due to breast shape and compatibility with styles and wires, and therefore fit will vary greatly between different styles and brands.
