Unfortunately, we don't have a facility to send returns to a US location. If there was label on your parcel this may have been a Carrier Origin Depot for delivery scans into the US used by the carriers and is not our Warehouse; where returns and orders are processed. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a refundable or freepost option for overseas returns. We're always looking for ways to improve, and this is something we are definitely reviewing to help improve our international customers’ experience. We are sorry for any disappointment caused. We understand that bra fitting can be tricky and can take some trial and error due to breast shape and compatibility with styles and wires, therefore fit will vary between style and brand. We have some great style and fitting advice available on our website here: https://us.curvykate.com/pages/perfect-bra-fit-guide Regrettably we are unable to offer international prepaid postage labels or an exchange service at this time, as we don't currently have the facility to provide this to our overseas customers. I would suggest double checking with a few carriers for the best price. You only need to use a tracked service, and not expedited. Hi there, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. Sorry to hear that your refund has not been yet processed. Looking into this, we can see that this has not been yet received. As we do not provide free tracked returns outside of the UK, unfortunately we are unable to advise on the whereabouts of your parcel. We can only recommend contacting postal services used if they can advise on the tracking/estimated delivery. Once your return is received in our warehouse, our Returns Team will process it within 14 working days.
