We are sorry that we are unable to cover the return shipping fee for overseas customers at this time, we take our customer feedback very seriously and have worked hard to improve the return process for our international customers by offering the new standard flat rate to return overseas orders. Although we currently offer a flat rate return fee to our overseas customers, this is an optional service we now provide to improve the speed and efficiency of our returns and this enables us to automatically refund the items in advance of them being received back to our warehouse.
