I'm sorry to hear that your recent experience with us fell short of your expectations and that our new returns process has let you down.
We take our customer feedback very seriously and have worked hard to improve the return process for our international customers by offering the new standard flat rate to return overseas orders. We are consistently evaluating the cost of our services and the impact that this has on our customers and in line with this are dedicated to ensuring we can offer the best possible service to our customers.
Although we currently offer a flat rate return fee per order to our overseas customers, this is an optional service we now provide to improve the speed and efficiency of our returns and this enables us to automatically refund the items in advance of them being received back to our warehouse.
Alternatively you are welcome to return the item using a courier of your choice, however we are unable to offer reimbursement for returns send via this method. Should you wish to do so, we would ask that you kindly obtain your postage receipt. Please be advised that refunds for orders returned using the customers choice of courier are the responsibility of the customer and will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
