We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the speed of your delivery. Our website states that delivery within the UK is usually within 5 working days and I believe your parcel arrived on day 5. Unfortunately when you spoke to our Customer Service team they understood that the parcel had been despatched by our courier, however it had arrived at the depot after the delivery drivers had left the depot so was out for delivery the next available day. We apologise for the confusion and hope this explains the delivery process for your parcel. Lisa
