the company send me uv bulbs that do not work on my BLAGDON all in one clarifier. I posted them back and I am still waiting for a refund.

I am very sorry to here that the UV bulb you ordered is not suitable for you filter and under these circumstances we are happy to issue a refund on your unused product. I have checked with our returns department but unfortunately we have not as yet received your returned bulb for refund. As soon as you bulb arrives, we will immediately raise a refund.
