I have not yet recieved my packet allthough it was ordered 11 days ago. Maybe it's due to a slow postal compagny? :-)

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our feedback request. I would like to apologise for the delay in delivery of your NT Labs Pond Aid Aquaclear - 1 Litre , which I am please to confirm was dispatched on the 6th of May 2014. I have contacted the carriers this morning and they have confirmed that your delivery will be with you today. This delivery problem has been caused by a delay in delivery from our suppliers and an extended delivery time due to you location (Denmark), however we should have contacted you to make you aware of the problem and therefor I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the delay.
