I would like to apologise for the delay in delivery of your Oase spare parts, which I am please to confirm were sent via First Class Recorded Delivery on the 31st of March and should hopefully should be with you today.
This delivery problem has been caused by a Oase UK running out of stock and your parts having to be sent from Germany, however we should have contacted you to make you aware of the problem.
