Dear Sir, we are sorry that you do not think our product merits it's price . For under £35 you have a unit which can even filter viruses from any non salt water source, keep you safe and hydrated anywhere in the world. We believe that level of safety well merits the price tag and over 500,000 happy customers would also indicate they agree

Dear David, this is a good product and I was fully aware of its performance, as the people who asked me to purchase it as a gift, had told me about it. The performance is not in question and was not my issue.. The price is high and will be far out of reach for many people who are on lower incomes. The product could benefit many others if more reasonably priced and no doubt sales could soar even more, particularly as demand appears to be good having currently sold over 500 thousand units so far. This further re enforces my point. At a more affordable price to everyone, I am sure your sales will increase substantially having made it available to a much larger customer base, within reach of many others who currently would not be able to purchase and take advantage of this technology. My opinion only, for your consideration, on the cost of the product, not the performance of the product.
