I had problems twisting it tight enough so that it didn’t leak. Also the water heats up much more quickly than water in a normal plastic bottle. I think it needs some insulation.

Dear Madam, Apologies for the formality as you opted to remain anonymouswe are sorry to hear that you had issues tightening up the ;lid to the bottle, since we launched the sugarcane bottle over a year ago, that is the first issue of that sort we have had. We are happy that the situation has been resolved. As far as the water warming up more quickly than a standard bottle , there is no reason at all why this should be the case, but we will send you one of our new neoprene covers so that you are happy with our products.
