Dear Madam Apologies for the formality but you have opted to remain anonymous. We received your order on Friday 15th and it was dispatched the same day. We quote 48 hours service but Royal Mail does not count weekends. Your parcel was delivered on Wednesday 20th so 1 day later than anticipated. We are sorry for disappointing you. Had you advised that this was a rush order, our team would have done their utmost to deliver using a 'special service'.

Dear Sir, You ordered at 19.25 on Thursday 7th Spetember. The package was sent on Friday 8th September via Royal Mail. Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday so their view would be that the 48 hours , covering working days, delivery would be Tuesday. Had you alerted us to your impending departure, we could have sent on a 24 hour priority service. We are sorry that the Royal Mail service did not meet your expectation as we have found it very dependable
