Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Dear David, If the filter has been fully activated by soaking in line with the instructions, you can easily empty the bottle, 3/4 of a litre in under a minute. Although this is slower than a bottle without a filter, it quenches your thirst and is providing guaranteed filtered, safe, clean drinking water. You selected our classic black rigid bottle, our active range has a squeezy shell and so you can 'push' through an extra gulp if required.

Hi Stephen, Please ensure the filter is fully activated by soaking for at least 15 minutes. This will speed up the flow rate. If you have not used a filter bottle previously, the flow IS slower but that proves that the filter is doing its job and ensuring the water you drink is safe to consume.
