Hi , Forgive the formality but you chose to be anonymous the sleeve is the silicon band round the centre of the bottle. The description is to differentiate each colour as we offer 6 colours, apologies for the confusion!

I am so sorry to hear about your issue, problems with flow rate are very rare indeed. In most cases, it is simply that the filter has not been soaked and so not activated fully. I am even more worried that you say that you have tried to contact us without reply. I set very high standards for customer service so am bitterly disappointed in this. How did you contact us? Thanks for the clarification. We cannot find any trace of your email on our system. As stated, the bottle you selected is not squeezy, it is designed to be strong and robust for longevity. If a squuezy bottle is required, we would recommend our active bottle range. Thse are fitted with the same filter but if you want to decant, this is the best option. We will send a returns label so that we can check the usit and arrange a refund.
