Martyn, I am sorry to hear that you had an issue. We receiv4ed your order after cut off on 5th April. It was sent via DPD on the 6th April and was delivered on 8th April, signed for by 'Mat N.' Given we offer a 48 hour service via DPD, we believe we performed in the correct time frame from recept to dispatch and delivery. If the filters are in tact, unopened and returned to us, we would offer you a refund.

Hi Adele, W put the free filters loose inside the bottle to protect it and cut down on excess packaging as we strive to make the business as green as possible.

Been using it on and off in-between pure water sources as a back up. Not letting dry out . Tasted a bit different to start with but soon got used to it. I like being able to squeeze the water out into a lighter weight bottle..like 'milking it '. Good design no leaks and neat air seal to release suction pressure.. Very useful bit of kit.
