Thank you for your feedback and apologies you have experienced some issues getting in touch with us. We have had feedback from other customers that for some reason Hotmail is automatically putting our email confirmations in Spam/Junk mail folders. So in the first instance I would advise you to check the spam/junk mail folders to see if the orginal email confirmation we sent is in there. I have also just sent you another email with your policy documents and schedule attached.
