Delivered fine but when unloading the pallet we counted 11 bags had split before taking off the pallet. Very disappointing… the bags are very thin and brittle.

Good price and value as long as you don't need certification. Tends to create 'clinker' so need to clear the burner more frequently to prevent build-up.

Very quick and efficient service. Pellets are well packed and secure on pallets and fully covered in plastic to stay clean and dry. Individually packed in strong plastic to avoid splits and spillage.

Pellets were ok as fuel ,but at least 10 bags were damaged and wasted pellets when moving bags and a lot of the bags had already lost pellets.
