Ensuring the safe delivery of our products is of utmost importance to us, and we're truly sorry to hear that the pellets were delivered with such instability. Your feedback regarding the need for stronger packaging measures, such as securing tapes around the pallet, is invaluable to us, however due to the weight of the product and the pallet and the transport of the goods from the warehouse to your door, we believe that we endeavour to package and seal the goods as well as can be expected. If at any point moving forward you feel a delivery is unsafe please could I advise not to take delivery and we will arrange to send out a replacement.
