Thank you for such valuable, detailed feedback! We really appreciate this level of insight, we will use this to review the inbound status of the stacked pellets going forward, its difficult to catch the odd one that might not be stacked properly - the typical cause of this would be one or two bags in the lower part of the stack that aren't packed in tightly, causing a more pronounced lean or slip further up - but we will ask for increased checks from the warehouse to try to catch this before they go out.
