Hello Eileen, Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you found the booking process easy to use. We do seperate the times and prices for your outbound journey to your return journey so you can choose a specific time of travel with the price shown next to it. Once you have selected both journeys, it will then give you a total price. If you do face any issues when booking in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us through our Call Centre which is open 7 days a week.

Hello Kevin, Thank you for your review. I am pleased to hear that your recent travel with us was a positive experience and you found booking to be easy and the crossing punctual. However, I am sorry you find the fare prices too high. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. I hope you and your family enjoyed your time on the Isle of Wight and if you do choose to travel with us again, keep an eye on our 'offers' tab on our website for ideas on ways to save.
