The boat was a little late boarding. The weather was rough but the captain told us when to stay seated.

With the unpredictability of the weather, unfortunately, delays do occur that are out of our control however, the safety of our customers and crew and getting everybody across the solent safely, is our highest priority. Hello there. I am very sorry for the issued you faced when travelling with us. Having looked at your booking, I can see the extra space was in fact booked correctly before travelling with us. I will get this passed to to our Port Manager to ensure the staff are making sure we can provide what our customers ask for. We normally recieve positive feedback with regards to accessible travel so I am sorry once again and hope we can provide a more enjoyable service when you next travel with us.

Hello Mark, My apologies that you feel this way. We know that your pet is very much part of the family, so we allow dogs, cats and other small animals on board all our ferries. If you choose to bring your pet along for your cross-Solent ferry travel, we do ask that you follow the rules while at the port and on board. The rules (which you can find online) do state that unless an assistance dog, pets aren’t allowed in any of our café areas. I do appreciate your frustration but please do follow the rules when travelling with us.
