Hello David and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear that you found your experience with us so shocking. Unfortunately, cancellations occasionally do happen that are out of our control however, we do communicate this as soon as possible while our teams work extremely hard to get back on track. Our compensation policy meets the requirements of EU Legislation [EC] No 1177/2010, which sets out the compensation customers are entitled to. With regards to the pricing, we do use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Once again, we are very sorry and I do hope the next time you travel with us, we can provide a more enjoyable experience.

Hello Mickey, thank you for sharing your feedback. Firstly, I would like to say how sorry I am to see that you were dissatisfied with the service provided when travelling with us. Although our team will do their best to accommodate where they can, this is not a guarantee as we no longer have specific holding lanes, and ask all early and late arriving traffic to amend to the next available sailing. The call centre receive a high number of calls during opening times but will answer your call as soon as they are able. I can only apologise that this must have been a very busy day with higher wait times. We do also have a voicemail option where one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible to help with your inquiry. Once again I am sorry and I do hope the next time you travel, we can provide a more enjoyable service.

Hello Rakina, Firstly, I would to apologise for your experience when travelling with us. Unfortunately, delays do happen and although our teams work extremely hard to get back to running a normal service as soon as possible, it is dependent on what the issue is to how long this will take. Sometimes, another ship will have to take place which can limit the space we have available. With regards to assisted travel, I am unsure if you are aware however, we do have an assisted travel telephone line which is open 7 days a week where you can book what you need to make your journey with us more comfortable. The port will try their best if it isn't booked however, the spaces are limited and this is why we ask for 48 hours notice to avoid disappointment. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and I do hope if you choose to travel with us in the future, we can provide a more enjoyable experience.
