Once again, Wightlink stated there was a technical issue with 2 hour delays. It was upsetting not knowing what was time ferry I was actually going to get on.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your coffee whilst on board and that your husband was able to sit in an area of the main lounge with your dog. We do not have a lift to the pet friendly area on St Faith but any passengers who are unable or struggle to use the stairs, the staff will find you somewhere to sit with your pet. Although we currently do not do a reward scheme as such, we do have offers on our website which may give you ideas on ways to save to help towards future travel. Thank you again and we do hope to see you onboard again soon.

Hello Stephen, I am very sorry that your experience on this crossing was not as positive as we'd hoped with regards to loading onto the ferry and for your incorrect order of toast. The crew onboard are all very experienced and do have to load the boat in a certain way safely however, your comments about not having enough room to get out have been noted. Sometimes with all the noise from boarding traffic as well as for the safety of everyone onboard, crew will have to raise their voice however, we do expect this to be done in a respectful, calm manner so I am sorry once again, if you felt it did not come across this way. Thank you for your feedback and we do hope to provide a more enjoyable experience if you choose to travel with us again in the future.
