We have used this route a number of times and have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous. We had to change the ferry time at short notice and were accommodated without any issues

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to hear that your recent travel with us was a positive experience however, I am sorry you find the fare prices too high. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Keep an eye on our 'offers' tab on our website for ideas on ways to save. I would also recommend to sign up for our newsletter, if you haven't already done so, to keep up to date with all of our latest offers. Thank you again Helen and I hope the above helps.

Hello Kevin, My apologies that you had trouble booking through our website. Some days, we are extremely busy and would always advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
