Hello and thank you for your feedback. My apologies that you did not have an enjoyable experience with us. We do have a choice of seating on all ferries from hard seating inside and on the sun deck to fabric seating. With regards to the pricing, we support Isle of Wight suppliers and are proud to serve local produce whenever possible. Unfortunately, production costs have increased for many of these companies and we have had to increase the prices of some of the items in our cafes. Once again, I am sorry and do hope if you choose to travel with us again, we can provide a more enjoyable experience.

Hello and thank you for your review. I am pleased to hear that your recent travel with us was a positive experience however, I am sorry you find the fare prices too high. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Keep an eye on our 'offers' tab on our website for ideas on ways to save. I would also recommend to sign up for our newsletter, if you haven't already done so, to keep up to date with all of our latest offers.

Hello and thank you for your review. My apologies that you missed your booked sailing time. Due to certain circumstance (for example, an ambulance on blue lights or on orders from the Kings Harbour Master), we will have to depart earlier than scheduled which was the reason on the day you travelled with us. As within your terms and conditions, we do advise of a 30 minute check in time and if arriving after this, our team will try their best to accommodate where they can but, unfortunately, your sailing is no longer guaranteed. I am sorry once again, and do hope if you choose to travel with us again, we can provide a more enjoyable experience.

We are very sorry for the disruption to your sailing and for the impact this had on your travel plans. We do offer compensation for customers who are delayed in excess of 60 minutes. Our policy meets the requirements of EU Legislation [EC] No 1177/2010, which sets out the compensation customers are entitled to. Hello Lynne and thank you for your feedback. We understand that punctuality is important to our customers. We are very sorry for the disruption to your sailing and for the impact this had on your travel plans. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, St Clare had to be withdrawn from service for a short while, for our engineers to complete the work needed. With Victoria of Wight out for her annual refit, this left only St Faith in operation which did have a knock on effect for most of the day. The safety of our customers and crew is very important to us and our teams did work extremely hard to get St Clare back in service as soon as possible. Once again, I am sorry that you had to experience the delays and hope to provide a more enjoyable experience when you next travel with us.
