Hello Janet, thank you for your feedback. The toilets at our Lymington terminal was undergoing a refurbishment and therefore temporary toilets were put in place. I am very sorry if you found these to be of a low standard. I am pleased to confirm the work has now finished and the refurbished toilets at Lymington are back open.

Hello Donald, I am sorry you find the fare prices too high. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Keep an eye on our 'offers' tab on our website for ideas on ways to save. I would also recommend to sign up for our newsletter, if you haven't already done so, to keep up to date with all of our latest offers. Thank you for your feedback and I hope the above helps.
