Hello James, I am sorry you find the fare prices too high. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. With regards to passes, we do offer these both for Vehicle and Foot Passenger travel which are designed to save money if travelling regularly. You can find all the information on our website under the 'Tickets' tab at the top of the home page and then 'Frequent Travel'. Keep an eye on our 'offers' tab on our website for ideas on ways to save. I would also recommend to sign up for our newsletter, if you haven't already done so, to keep up to date with all of our latest offers. Thank you for your feedback James and I hope the above helps.

Hello John, Thank you for your feedback. My apologies if you found the information boards confusing on arrival at Portsmouth. I can see you sailed on St Faith which was running to schedule however, St Clare did suffer a mechanical issue that day and had to be withdrawn from service momentarily. Unfortunately, this did have a knock on effect to those sailing on St Clare for a short time. I do hope the above makes sense and that we see you onboard again soon.
