The ferry was late leaving by over an hour. Wightlink only notified me that the ferry would be late 15minutes after it should have left

Anticipate busy times and be ready! Better service for Multilinks; regular customers should be treated well not like 2nd class citizens. Hardly any bookings available for Multilinks now. Always delays

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you experienced delays when travelling with us and for the disruption this had on your travel plans. We do appreciate the frustration caused when delays happen however, the safety of our customers and crew is our highest priority and our teams work extremely hard to get back to running a full service as soon as possible. With regards to Multlink Vehicle Passe Holders, we do have to limit the spaces booked with a Multilink Pass in order to offer the significant reduction in price that we do. We would always advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Once again I am sorry and do hope we can provide a more enjoyable service when you next travel with us.

On-Time but expensive to cross the Solent. The waiting room at Ryde is rather odd and needs to be made more comfortable and upmarket

Hello, I am pleased to hear that you find our staff to be friendly and helpful. However, I am sorry you find the fare prices too high. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. With regards to Multlink Vehicle Passes, we do have to limit the spaces booked with a Multilink Passe in order to offer the significant reduction in price that our Multilink Vehicle passes offer. Again, we would always advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Keep an eye on our 'offers' tab on our website for ideas on ways to save.
